We stayed here for 1 night and would come here again. Everything was very good, no reason to complain, had a very comfortable stay. The staff was affable, they sent us lots of info. Room was neat and bright with all the basics for us. It was in a peaceful place;))

We stayed for 2 night and loved our stay. Henry made everything for all of us. Location was UNBEATABLE and good, short walk to parks and shops, Milton Keynes and shops. In fact, it was located in the middle of the city.

This place is mind-blowing! The room is beautifully decorated with a lovely walk-in shower. The little courtyard is perfect for my dogs. The fridge/freezer and microwave in the room are super convenient. The communal eating area and kitchen with ironing board and washing machines/tumble dryers have everything you need. The TV on the wall with Netflix is jaw-dropping. The location is prime for attending the Silverstone Festival and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Tesco Express is just opposite for any essentials. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. The private outdoor area is great for drying off wet gear. The video instructions for late check-in were very helpful. a fantastic stay with loads of perks like free wi-fi, free parking, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, flat-screen TV. Cannot wait to book here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Larmins Room. Despite arriving late, they provided a video guide, making our check-in seamless. The room was beautifully decorated with a lovely walk-in shower. We appreciated the communal kitchen and laundry facilities. a delightful experience and highly recommended.

Loved the free private parking, because who doesn't love the thrill of searching for a parking spot? The terrace was a nice touch, perfect for when I wanted to pretend I was in a fancy garden. Towels were provided, because I forgot to pack my own, obviously.

Oh, I couldn't possibly find anything wrong with this place. It was absolutely flawless.
